Rotating stripping film
The rotary stripping film is a dedicated equipment for ultra-high vacuum beamline diagnosis, integrating a rotary turntable, magnetic fluid sealing transmission, a four-fulcrum synchronous lifting mechanism, and a layered automation control system. It can stably operate at a high speed of 25Hz in synchronization, featuring high-precision phase control, low vibration, and high vacuum sealing performance, making it suitable for vacuum beamline detection scenarios.
(1) 25Hz high-speed synchronous rotation, phase control accuracy ±0.19°, supports continuous station installation of multiple diaphragms.
(2) All-stainless steel ultra-high vacuum chamber, overall leakage rate better than 1×10⁻¹⁰ Pa·m³/s.
(3) Four-point synchronous lifting with multi-dimensional adjustment, enabling flexible and precise installation alignment.
(4) Dynamic balance correction + magnetic fluid transmission, featuring low vibration and high stability during operation.
(5) Local/remote dual control mode, integrated with status monitoring and fault alarm.
